It’s often said that it takes just a little bit of “creativity, innovation, uniqueness and a bit of luck” to run a successful campaign on social media. We at Kleverk leveraged the world’s largest social network- Facebook, Youtube – and used it to MJ5’s advantage.

To raise awareness of MJ5- the dance crew inspired by the legendary Michael Jackson, through social media marketing.
We monitored communities and viewer interactions to help identify the key target audience for MJ5. We personalized posts of MJ5 artistes in the form of photos and live performances that kept the audience rooted. The vibrancy of MJ5 live performances gained for the group more than 200,000 subscribers. Its live performances have more than 3 million followers and more than 3 million likes with consistently increasing engagement levels.
Everyone loves live videos and just now they are considered ‘very cool’. We attached videos to the updates on Facebook, leveraged its Open Graph and embedded YouTube videos. The result was amazing- In a short time, MJ5 had 220000 YouTube followers. With just under 3 million video views in the last month (Nov 2017), MJ5 has built a rapport with a great number of people across the world.
We advertised Mj5’s YouTube videos and live streams to reach out to people that don’t follow Facebook. This worked like a charm- promotions reached more than 117 thousand people while engaging more than 30 thousand. By embedding a Play button for the videos, we ensured that more viewers would click on the image. Much focus was on the music and sound quality as these are appealing attributes to viewers.
The videos were automatically shared with useful content across the Web and within a short time MJ5 was able to garner more views than ever before.
That MJ5 is a dance crew with immense potential, is only well known. It is now breaking ground in unchartered territory, thanks to this specific campaign!
